Cabin 2071 Sovereign of the Seas

I just got back from our first cruise. Tip - avoid this cabin. The bathroom drain flooded our bathroom with water with black sooty debris every day at least twice a day and the toilet wouldn't flush half the time. Maintenance came down every day and worked on the problem with no success and we were told "Sorry, it's an old ship" by guest relations. Our stateroom attendant was no where to be found. I literally only saw her once when we checked in. Guest relations promised to have a manager call us but no one ever contacted us.
