It's rather up to you. Unless there is some sort of special game (play offs, etc), what it on the TVs in the nightclub area is a matter of "first come, first served." If you are there before a game starts, the bartender will put it on for you. Also, you will have several ESPN channels on your stateroom TV.

We have watched NFL games on funnel vision

( Fantasy and Dream) on Sunday, Monday and Thursday nights. :) College games arevtypically during the day on Saturday if I am not mistaken. If you are taking a 7 day Sat to Sat cruise, you probably won't see the games on funnel vision. But in the sports bar and other areas they might have them.
