Are there any afternoon snorkel tours in Barbados? From 1:00 - 4:00?

You can snorkel at Carlisle Bay anytime. We went there at 2ish and picked up a glass bottom boat tour to see the sea turtles and shipwrecks right on the beach. By that time, they said the turtles are full and go away, but there were still a few around. If you are a good swimmer you can probably swim there from the shore. Then it's just a 5$ taxi ride back to the ships.

Or take a taxi to Folkestone Marine Park. We did that and it was fantastic! There's even a lifeguard there, as well as outdoor showers, little store, and a great walkway along the beach. There are even restaurants within easy walking distance.
