*summer* Posted April 17, 2016 #1 Share Posted April 17, 2016 Can anybody recommend any children activities to do at any of these ports. We'd normally get off, have a look around and find a park but would rather do with a funfair, waterpark, amusement place, fun or interactive museums. Or if there are any beaches quite close that have sunbeds, toilets, kids stuff etc. The ports are Nice, Palma (overnight so plenty of time), Toulon, Cadiz, Malaga. We're really looking for fun and exciting stuff otherwise 5 year old son would rather stay on the ship [emoji85]!! Thanks in advance
kitkat343 Posted April 18, 2016 #2 Share Posted April 18, 2016 Sorry - haven't done those ports. If no one answers here, you can try the Med board also. Good luck!
YOWmom Posted April 18, 2016 #3 Share Posted April 18, 2016 Following... we will be in Toulon this summer as well, with a 7 year old and a 12 year old. Can't find much on the Med boards about cruising with kids and our roll call is super quiet :(
Gardeneroflove Posted April 18, 2016 #4 Share Posted April 18, 2016 I haven't been to those ports, but I tend to search the ports on Google Free things to do in key west Top activities in grand Cayman A guide book I read reviews from others. You can also check out the ship sponsored excursions for ideas on what's there. Hth
rebeccalouiseagain Posted April 18, 2016 #5 Share Posted April 18, 2016 I've done the Med with a 5 year old and sometimes it is better to leave them on the ship. In Malaga we took a carriage ride from the port that tooks us for a little ride and dropped us off at the castle on the hill called Castillo de Gibralfaro. It's an easy walk back to the ship. We did enjoy this castle. Kids like to be able to touch things- and it was fine for my then 4 year old to explore the castle and the ruins. It was active and kept him busy. He liked it and so did I. I haven't been to the other ports you mentioned-so can't comment.
