Do I have to bring cash or withdraw cash on the boat? Or can it be charged to my room and paid on credit card?

Trying to work out how much cash I need to exchange as I don't want to have to withdraw any on the boat as I guess it costs a lot?

Royal's casinos require cash. You can get cash against your onboard account, but that will cost you 5%.
