Palm or Eagle beach

Which is the better beach Palm or Eagle ?

are the 2 close together?

Could I travel to one by public transport,then walk to the other one ?

Is there anything else of interest nearby,after spending the morning on the beach ?

can anyone recommend a restaurant for lunch ?

Walkable, but extremely HOT (heat index 110 F.+) in the mid-day sun. There are no sidewalks you will be walking on the side of the road in some spots.

Butterfly farm near Palm beach. Best early a.m. There is tons of shopping along Palm beach street side's malls. There are 7 casinos (Westin, Riu, Radisson, Occidental, Hyatt, Holiday Inn, Marriott) on Palm beach.

There is a beach bar and grill at the Amsterdam Manor on Eagle beach. There are any number of restaurants along Palm beach. Some of our favorites on Palm beach include Gilligan's at the Radisson and Bugaloe on the pier between the Radisson and Riu.
