Default Pullmantur Sovereign suites and suite perks

We would appreciate any information regarding room service availability for suite guests on Pullmantur Sovereign. Also some information about alocholic beverage.

We usally go Holland America to take advantage of the evening meal restaurant room service on our balcony. I have a few specific questions:

1) I have read that in general you will pay for room service, but does this apply to suites?

2) If so, is it a set delivery charge or are you paying for what food you order etc? Any specific amounts?

3) Is dinner room service available from the main dining room menu (as on Holland America)?

4) It seems that all their cruises are in fact "All Inclusive", apart from speciality dining. Is that correct? What alcoholic drinks are included? Does it include spirits such as vodka and from where?

Thanks in advance for any information.
