Flying Fishbone

I want to make reservations for dinner at the Flying Fishbone during our stop in Aruba on the Destiny. I know that you have to take a taxi to the restaurant. How long is the taxi ride from the cruise terminal? How about getting a taxi back to the ship? This place sounds too good to miss!
