Thank you. I thought this would be the case. Frustrating!

I am travelling on Queen Elizabeth next year (Alaska) and had originally booked Britannia but after travelling in the Grills this summer on QM2 I was looking to upgrade! Have just spoken to Cunard who informed me that the cost to upgrade to Princess Grill from Britannia is based on the fares at the time of booking not the current fares. At the moment Princess Grill is priced at £6798 but the fare I have been offered is £8500 (price at the time of booking). I assume this is sadly correct?

Reading this with interest as boarding QM2 in Southampton on Sunday. I also see she is currently on an 8 day transatlantic so will be able to make up this time.
