With the casino being an open space, any smoke will linger and cause odour, they possibly only did allow actual smoking in certain parts, but it was really strong throughout.

We were on the Fantasia last September and the casino was really smelly and thick with smoke, I couldn't even have told you there was a non smoking section, walking through from the theatre was terrible.

Anyone?

I love casinos but the MSC ones are so smokey it's like running the gauntlet to get through them :(

am I right in thinking if you make another booking, you can change to a better deal if cabin upgrade or free drinks packages come out? And also the credit you get awarded for booking, is it available for use on the current cruise you are on?

Also is the dining menu in the main restaurants still 7 courses? I read the megravilia was 4 courses....

It's the first stop on board so not much time to arrange a complaint.. And I never complain, the glass is always half full on holiday...

I will add a couple of hundred in euros to my on board account for shopping or incidentals on board..

Questions..

Do I need to do this per person ? And is their a minimum? ( we don't use credit cards and I don't want one or to use my debit card)

It says the money is refunded if not used.. Is it easy to do so?

Also I read somewhere( I'm reading everything lol) that it gets refunded on the last morning... We have an early flight home and can image long queues, can any unused credit be refunded the night before?

Have bought drinks package and pre paid gratuities, not really into spas, and think most of my spending will be shopping, it's my birthday and will get euros from everyone.... What kind of things are on sale, I see there are table displays on one of the photos, do different suppliers come on board?

Also can I use cash? Rather than pre paying

We have, according to our travel agent a balcony on deck 10, we can pay to reserve a specific cabin...

Are there are steel balconies, or restricted view?

There are a few with a bigger balcony but they are booked out.

Is it worth reserving a specific cabin, I can't find any information on best cabins with regards to size or location...

When we get off the ship, do we need a shuttle at each port to get to civilisation or are we at a central part of the port?

Is the shuttle free and does it need booked or just a queuing system?
