Just off the sunshine today as well and I agree. The service in the MDR was pretty slow. They were friendly but most the tables were eating dessert before we even had entrées! I guess not a huge deal since we had so much fun with our table mates, but definitely agree with you

I have and it is a blast!! Yes, you do get your stereotypical "looking for a hook up" or "lonely nerds looking for soulmates" or whatever someone mentioned above, but overall, most of the group is there to meet friends and have a good time. It's not 'perfect', there are annoying little things (being followed around by hopeful suitors, being embarrassed when the occasional member of your group is making a drunken fool of him/herself) Granted, I don't do most of the events "quiz game in the whatever lounge at 1pm on a sea day? no, i'll be on the lido deck, it's 12 degrees in Michigan, thank you " but it is really whatever you make it. Expect to have a great time, meet new friends and have fun. Definitely consider a singles cruise if you want to get out of town and none of your friends can make the trip; it's a great alternative to not going at all, or going alone, paying a double supplement and taking the chance that everyone on board is either 80 or in the third grade.
