When I mentioned Cruise Critic to my PCC she said "You read the things on that site? Oh dear, that can be good or bad".

We had the same thing happen with an on board credit offer on our recent 14 day holiday collector cruise. I took a screenshot and sent it to my PCR. She fought for us but the powers that be said all offers can be withdrawn at anytime. We did not get the credit.

We are so enjoying following along with you! Would you ever consider publishing your 100 things you can't live without on a world cruise list? My husband and I are planning one in 2017. Happy Cruising!

We just returned from the Holiday Collector cruise on the Eurodam. The shows were a "step up" from the norm. A hilarious improve comedian, a fabulous group of steel drum performers doing classical and broadway tunes, and an amazing group of entertainer musicians called Recycled Percussion. Combined with the BB King group we were treated to exceptional entertainment for a HAL cruise.

I found an OBC deal after final payment. I took a screen shot and sent it to my PCC along with a phone message. She was unable to get a dime for us. Her supervisor referred us to the terms of the offer which say it can be removed at any time. Although it was still on the website. We are more than a bit annoyed.

We are on the Eurodam for the East/West Caribbean 14 day Collector cruise leaving on December 21st.

We lost our beverage package when we added an additional week making it a "collector" cruise of 14 days. I saw that the package is back but it does not show up on my particular cruise over Christmas and New Years. I will keep checking as I don't think they should have taken it away from us in the first place. Is this a common scenario that I am unaware of?
