My kids love the full face masks.

Does anyone know the cost of the full face snorkel mask that you can purchase onboard? I have looked at Amazon but wondering the cost onboard to avoid having to pack them. Thanks!

We leave on 9/21....cannot wait.. cruise #22 for me. I am with you about the Fantasy class love them, we have sailed out of Charleston numerous times and it works for us, just a nice 3 hour drive. Quick question which dining room did you have? Thanks!

My DD has tried 4 times to go to Half Moon Cay, she has yet to step foot on the island. It has been too rough to tender every time. Did it matter.. not one bit.

I would love to know.. every time we stop in Freeport I try to get a taxi to the brewery and we always get varying pricing and more than we want to pay. Last time they quoted $50 for the 2 of us, but I have no reference for pricing so I do not know what a fair price would be.

We are doing the 10 day out of Charleston in May.. I told my DD today that we are booking our excursions port side!! I will research each port to have an idea of what we want to see and have that to negotiate our tours. I will have to check but I think most ports have regulated tour operators.

Loved your perspective of the AT.. I read the entire letter because I was interested in your opinion. I like you love Carnival we have been on 19 cruises with them. My dad was a Chef and my mom did catering so I have a different perspective on dining, every single one of us could eat the same exact meal at the same restaurant at the same time and we will have our own opinion and it will go from love it to hate it. I personally like tablecloths- they do add a sense of elegance and set the mood for the meal but that it just me. We sail the Sunshine in May and I think they will have AT then so I see how it goes, I am looking forward to the food changes except not having fried chicken every night! But Carnival will come through and fix it for my very picky DH-- every night!

We were recently on the Sunshine with friends that have small children.. They did the Cheers program but they had other family members to help with the children. The 14 month old is not old enough for Camp Carnival so you will have to have help or tag team. My daughter always takes our niece so she can be with her twins in the room at bed time. Yes the have cows milk as well as many options for snacking.. fruits and fresh veggies on the salad bar, dry cereal at breakfast that you can save for later.

In most ports we research the area and map out a walking tour if possible saves on excursions.

We recently sailed on the Sunshine and keep seeing people with IPads stationed at various areas of the ship observing and documenting, they all had on the same clothing so I assumed they we all on some sort of assignment. We happened to be on the elevator with one of the men and asked him what they were doing.. He said they were getting ready to install 800 new surveillance cameras on the ship, they will be everywhere but the staterooms and the bathroom stalls! Thought that was interesting.

Just sailed out of PC we stayed at LaQuinta -they have the 40% parking voucher-so can't help with hotel selection but wanted to recommend Florida's Fresh Grill in Cocoa Beach. One of the top meals I have ever eaten. Service was impeccable and food is farm to table. Just delicious.

Just cruised on the Sunshine.. cruise #18..and we saw it all in the MDR.. cut off's,wife beaters, and I am completely serious a women in a bathing suit with no cover up.. this was YTD and the maitre d was a joke, he was clueless. We sail on her again in May I called as soon as we got off and changed our dining time to Late seating in hopes it is better.
