My agent was not responding to my request to lift and shift allure nov 1 ta so i submitted through lift and shift site. A few days later agent responded saying royal said no. I asked why and what other options there were and no response. Royal wont help me. So many others from allure have shifted to quantum tp which is what we tried to do. We cant even get back into lift and shift site as it says already submitted. Any ideas anyone? Ive now even tried to do agency change back to royal

Very annoyed in Australia when booking suites we must book NRD, if the price drops we have to cancel and rebook according to their t&c. What a crock, in US price adjustments are done all the time. How can we change it? Do we have to book through US agent?

Was the drink package purchased on your behalf by your TA or did you do it yourself through cruise planner/calling RCI? The reason I ask is can't the charges be disputed with the proof being your statement showing the purchase and no refund being showing on a statement? Dispute the charge and let your credit card company contact and deal with RCI.
Yes i purchased thru cruise planner on RCI website, nothing to do with TA its RCI issue but my problem!

Sorry i should add that i purchased thru cruiseplanner, nothing at all to do with TA.

Also I have always found it easier to book cruise planner products on my own (and I do use a TA)
I purchased drink package thru cruiseplanner on MY credit card, the issue is RCI have decided to refund to other places for some unknown reason

Hi, i purchased it on my card. The TA knew nothing about it and RCI have not abided by their own policy. The funds should have been returned to my credit card.

Hi,
We originally booked a gs on explorer...we saw rfs was available so reserved it at a certain price, my dad then decided to join us so we rang ta and got him on booking. We sail feb 12 and my dad has really declined mentally and physically and we think its best he doesnt sail. I rang ta this morning and they sid that the cabin may be repriced, can they do thi as we originally reserved it just for the two of us at a certain price? Ta said they may not get to it today as they are busy

We are leaving from Singapore and I've checked with their Government and it's okay to tak it in. Just up to RCI now!

Hi,
Hubby and I cruised on Mariner last year and we loved it apart from the fact we are lactose intolerant and the soy used on the ship is not to our taste.
We are keen to take our own milk on board and wondered if anyone else has done this.
We will be purchasing an ultimate drink package so it's not like we are trying to avoid buying drinks!
I emailed RCI but the reply I received made absolutely no sense....."Requesting to let go of everting mad go and eat.cancel the pynts for the
house"

I just did my first choice which was quantum, there were lots of others but wasnt interested in them. We have a 2 bed star class suite on allure but they just said sailing wasnt eligble which is not correct as i picked it from their list of approved cruises!
