I was on Oasis a couple weeks ago for Western Caribbean cruise (Cozumel, Falmouth and Labadee). The time for arrival, departure, ship activities, ship arranged excursions, etc. are ALWAYS in ship's time which is Eastern time. I got on at Florida Port Everglades, so the ship ALWAYS use that time zone.

Just off Oasis couple weeks ago, spotted fresh OJ machines in Cafe Promenade, Vatality Cafe & WJ (breakfast hours only). $4.50, probably need to add 18% gratuities.

Just off Oasis a couple of weeks ago, I could only find smoothies at Vitality Cafe. Your selection of fruits and vegetables include: apple, orange, carrot, cucumber, celery, mango, grapefruit, papaya, strawberries, beetroot, raspberry, pineapple and ginger.

On my last cruise, Central Park had live strings music performance on a few nights till 10 pm, not sure how well you can hear that in the room. You might like it or hate the "noise" :-).

Just off Oasis, I can confirm Margot van Erck is on board now.

With social media and the risk of a bad review, not much risk involved
The risk I meant is for the trouble and cost for re-booking while you're enjoying your vacation. Whether you find it a risk or not, it is very personal.
I like trouble-free vacation and RCI took care of that. There is no right or wrong. BTW, I'm not a RCI fanboy in case you wonder :-).

I believe there is always a risk with booking non-RCI excursion.
On my last cruise, due to weather, the captain decided to reverse the itinerary. RCI made sure we went on the same excursions on the new dates. I'm extremely happy.
I imagine for private excursions, you'll have to re-book everything yourselves and probably have to pay for on board internet/phone charges.

Smoothies are included in Replenish package. I could only found them at Vitality Cafe on Oasis.

I agree. The link provided is not a good list of what is specifically on the Oasis, and I think the op's question is fine. Sometimes simply asking the community is better than trying to search on things yourself.
Agreed, I did check out the link before and also did forum searches. I was a little bit confused because different ships have different options. Even for the same restaurant across ships, things could be different too.
Thanks again for everybody's help, this forum rocks :-)

Hi all,
Going on Oasis in a few week as a newbie, just wondering on which date do you settle your on board account? Is it the disembarkation morning or the night before?
Thanks.

Hi all,
Any idea what kind of complementary food is available on board Oasis?
I know there is a hot dog place and a pizza place, other than those what else?
Is that true that for lunch/dinner, people can order more than one round of food and dessert? I'm a pretty heavy eater, I'm afraid the standard portion is not enough :-)
Thanks!

Hi all,
Anyone knows under what kind of weather condition an Western Caribbean (Haiti, Jamaica, Mexico) excursion will be cancelled?
For example, I'm planning to go on jet skiing, bamboo rafting, Mayan Ruins and horse riding n swim, but I wonder if any of these excursion will be cancelled due to rain - especially those ones on water.
Thanks!

one more outlet is not enough, I usually bring a small traveling power bar too. :-)

According to this link (go to the Solarium section about mid-page), Solarium Bistro offers hot pot. Interesting option! :)
-
I wonder if there is a complete list of on board drinks, I want to try them all :-)
-
Thanks! I believe they actually did increase the prices.
Hope you're having a great time!

Looks like the Replenish price is same as what we can get online now which is $19 USD.

This link is to some recent cruise compasses, which is the daily information sheets you will receive in your cabin each day.
http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2326961
Each day, one section will tell you the times each venue is open and you will see a $ beside the venues that are pay venues. Times are different day to day so you have to check each day. It should give you a better idea though.
The Sea Compass really helps! Really great info, thanks!

Thanks reallyitsmema & Klstaack!

Thanks clarea (also for answering my other question), you can't imagine how confusing it is for a first timer, so many choices and RC doesn't have a lot of info on their website.

Hi all,
First timer going on Oasis end of next month, just wonder what places on Oasis serve complimentary food?
I think the Main Dining Room and Windjammer (buffet) only do breakfast/lunch/dinner, how about other places like:
Boardwalk Dog House - Deck 6
Cafe Promenade - Deck 5
Cups & Scoops - Deck 6
Johnny Rockets - Deck 6
Mast Bar - Deck 16
Park Cafe - Deck 8
Pool Bar - Deck 15
Rising Tide Bar - Deck 5, 8
Sand Bar - Deck 15
Schooner Bar - Deck 6
Sky Bar - Deck 16
Solarium Bar - Deck 16
Solarium Cafe - Deck 15
Sorrento’s Pizzeria - Deck 5
Wipe Out Bar - Deck 16
Wipe Out Cafe - Deck 15
I'm not sure if they all offer complimentary food, please help :-)
How about opening hours? Do they all open 24hrs?
Thanks.

Definitely should check the Compass and RCI tv channel - especially the morning show that runs from 12AM - noon, it gives you quite a bit of useful info.
