I am really enjoying your postings. Hoping one day to do a TA myself. Thank you!!!!!

We have seen lots of wildlife: whales, sea otters, dolphins, birds. Many beautiful sunrises and sunsets. A rescue at sea. Glaciers calving (truly amazing!) Pier runners are always fun to watch. Storms. Shooting stars. Rainbows.

Unless you have special needs, such as being near an elevator, I would go for the savings.

Are there any beverages free, such as with a meal? Coffee, water, soda?

 

Or does each beverage consumed have a separate cost/

Regular coffee, tea, and water by the glass are complimentary.

Personally, we are not big fans of formal nights. When we first started cruising we never did formal nights because we didn't own any formal wear. After a few cruises we figured out tuxes and suits were not required, so we started going. Now it just depends on the mood we are in whether we go or not. Most of the time we would rather stay casual and relax than go thru all the fuss of dressing up.

Sailing on Oasis 11/9/13 for the first time. Can't wait! Have all the entertainment booked as well as our dining. Any other suggestions?
