Yes, you walk off the ship and the trolley stand is within the gated area- go toward the taxi stand area. It is about an hour or maybe a little longer; it stops once at a church for 10-15 minutes. The tour is $20 and takes you thru the historical area and along the coast briefly. It's an interesting way to spend an hour especially if you enjoy history.
