I have just booked a 14 night back to back cruise on the Discovery July 17, we will be in an outside cabin for two on either deck 2 or 3.

Do you think it's worth it paying £45 to book a specific cabin,

if so which is the better to be on deck 2 or 3?

We will be on this cruise, the 3rd May one, it will be our first cruise. We have booked the city drive and time on your own tour to Bordeaux with Princess. $198 for both of us but when you convert it into £s it is approx £125 for two which considering the distance I don't think is too bad. I think sometime us Brits see the price in dollars and don't correctly convert to British pounds to get a true reflection from our point of view.

My wife and I are going on the Emerald in May, she is a vegetarian which will not be a problem in the MDR and buffets, is there enough for vegetarians on Sabatinis menu to make it worth while?

Hi, we have never been on a cruise before but have booked to go on the Emerald Princess for a 7 day Iberia cruise on the 3rd May,

We will be in a balcony cabin on Aloha deck midship. My main question is will I need Dollars on board or is everything paid for by credit card at the end of the cruise? Also I know there is a daily gratuity charge per person, but do you still tip, for example waiters in the restaurants, bar staff when you get a drink. We are really excited and are sure it will be the first of many cruises.
