  1. I agree. The only way that I could see using the ROBC to pay for the move over cruise was the scenario of taking a more expensive/longer cruise than what's being offered to move over to (such as the case where the couple paid for only two days for the New England cruise). Actually using your ROBC to pay for the the cruise that they are offering for you to move over to is more like a cabin upgrade on a different cruise. And for most people to re-arrange a cruise would take more incentive than that. What's interesting is that he says that every move over offer is different - but then when others report that they actually have gotten a free cruise along with the ROBC he says that "people think that they are getting a free cruise, but it's not actually free."

  2. I am at the Hilton Ft Lauderdale Beach Resort for the 5th and I just did a mock booking for this Thursday, which they took. Beach web cam's have been showing them bulldozing sand out of the street in front of the hotel.

Hilton has been pretty good at posting notices for their properties. We also have stayed at the Doubletree Galleria and love the hotel and location. The Beach Resort was cheaper this trip. Did you find the little French cafe across the street on the first floor of the tall apartment building? It's well worth it for a latte and pastry or sandwich.

We also have beachfront rooms at the Doubletree Melbourne for the 6th & 7th. I hope the ocean front isn't in the living room. I also did a mock booking there for this weekend and it took it. But I will probably call them direct next week.
