And on deck 11, it’s below the Terrace Cafe which could get a little noisy.

Has anyone stayed in one of the accessible cabins on the yachts since the "stretch". We booked a last-minute guarantee and were assisgned on of the 4 accesible cabins on Star Pride. We would have preferred the bathroom with 2 sinks. We would love to see photos, etc. Thanks!
Same here! Hope someone shares.

Has anyone received their BERMUDA TRAVEL UTHORIZATION APPROVAL back from Bermuda yet??
We sent ours in Saturday morning at 8:00a.m.
Maybe they don't work on weekends
Same here. I saw where one person got their’s yesterday so I think they do work on weekends. -

My point of posting is if we all contacted Viking with this info : maybe viking would change their excursion rule . !!
I hope Viking doesn’t change because I would like to think they are keeping us safe!

Another insurance thought, we used Seven corners a few years back when one of our agents recommended it. We did have a claim when we were stranded in Miami after a cruise because the Atlanta airport closed down. They were very helpful on the phone and we had no trouble being reimbursed. We used Berkshire Hathaway this time🤞🏼🤞🏼

Is this with a local lab, or what?
The virtual interview was with Summit Urgent Care and they arranged the callback for the appointment with solvheath. Summit Urgent care has a drive thru location setup for the test. Rick did the research and I followed instructions😍. Maybe he can tell you more when he posts

At the moment, we are about as sure as we can be that we are going.

Fyi, some more time slots have been added to some of the shore excursions, at least for the 6/15 cruise. Reminder, the Nonsuch island thing is boat-only, no landing or hike on the island.
Thanks, just got the other one we wanted😁 -

Spa pretty much booked up on sea days, and at many other times. And no couples times. Wanted to do the cranberry scrub thing with DW 🙂
Don’t know about the new ships but they never did couples massages on the ships we have been on. Hope they have a better supply of liquor than anything else so far.

So back to the excursion issue...I was finally able to get to the point of booking them only to find that several are sold out. In fact all of the ones for both days in St. George are sold out! I admit I was late - had a 1PM appointment that I could not miss - so after trying for close to 45 minutes, I left for my appointment. We're on the 6/29 sailing. I'm hoping Viking will manage to add more. Anybody on other sailings have that issue? We can always jump ship & go another time!😉
We are on the first cruise and signed on as soon as they got the excursion posted and most of them were sold out including St George

Will be guzzling an infinite number of frozen daiquiris if we finally get on board without a snafu.
Right after the Bloody Mary, margarita and leading up to wine!

Thank you everyone who has been keeping an eye on this for the rest of us. I appreciate the updates! We are on the June 22nd sailing. My fingers are crossed, as my husband has a very limited window of time that he will be able to get away this summer. I want so much for these cruises to happen....
By the way, I tried to look at our booking on My Trip this morning and it showed “locked for updates”. I hope this is a normal occurrence and not a reason for concern.
My SIL was waiting for an update on her air and got it this morning, so they are definitely working on things. We are on the 15th sailing

If you go to one of the Bermuda cruises early, e.g., 2 or 3 days before the cruise embarks, does anyone know how you obtain the 4 day and 8 day required testing? Will Viking do it for you upon request?
We are on the first one and just waiting to see how Viking is going to handle it ??

Yes, Ragnar's plan seems well laid out. What could possibly go wrong???
Go wrong...go wrong....go wrong.....

We had three cruises cancelled last year, so we were very aware that it could happen again but hopeful that it wouldn’t. I’m optimistic that there is still time for this to work out and Viking will do what they have to, hopefully in our favor.

I don’t mind the test and mask, just seems impossible to get the test 72 hours before departure and get results back. We’ll be traveling from Ga and a chance on finding out after we get to California that our test are positive. Too much money to risk.

Do the crew members dress for Halloween 🎃?

We’ve had lots of aft cabins before and loved them so we’ll take our chances on the Voyager and see If this is the one that upsets the apple cart. Looking forward to our first Regent cruise in 3 weeks !

Loving your blog and pictures! It’s really special to me since we will be doing our first ever Regent cruise on the Voyager from Barcelona to Venice, 8/25/18. Anxiously waiting for air itinerary now and then the cruise. Thanks for sharing your trip.

I started a roll call for 8/25/18 Voyager, Barcelona to Venice and haven’t had another post yet. I also signed up for the m&m today and hoping for better luck on it! So far only two people, that would be us :)

Rick and I are also joining the others on the April 4 TA! First time on Regent and get to experience a beautiful, freshly refurbished ship! So excited!
