We will be one of 6 ships in port on Dec. 24, 2019. How crazy crowded will the beaches be? Any suggestions for which beach to go to with a family of 5 and still be able to rent chairs and umbrellas?

We've always stayed in connecting balconies or connecting insides, so we are used to 2 bathrooms. Thanks for everyone's thoughts. I think we would be better off in 2 insides! Neglected to mention the kids are all girls! Would be even worse with one bathroom!

Does anyone know why there aren't any cruises listed for Xmas week out of NYC for Dec. 2019? Is it too early?

I see the Gem for that week has a longer voyage and the Bliss is listed for other December dates but not Xmas. Is there a reason?

There is something called hot tub folliculitis and it is often caused by bacteria in hot tubs. It's inflammation of the hair follicles on your body.

It's not uncommon and can be cured with a topical antibiotic.

Go see the dermatologist but I'm sure this is what it is based on what you have said. Good luck!

Is everyone here aware that when celebrity opens up suites for guarantee suite bookings the cabins that are then given away are the accessible ones?

If it's a month before sailing and handicapped sky suites are still available, should Celebrity sit with a lot (like 3-5 rooms) of inventory in case people need them?

They don't open up suite guaranties until close to sailing. This is probably because most accessible rooms are sky suites.

Booked Edge class for April 21, 2019 and C1 cabin for that week was less than new E category (one step below concierge category).

I've done CC on the Summit and it cost less than a 2A balcony due to a promotion. While the canapés are not very good our concierge was excellent and helpful with anything and everything we wanted.

We also received an invite for a sailaway on the helipad and enjoyed lunch in the MDR on embarkation day.
