I am afraid it will be too thick even if I lift the bed. it is 13" thick. It is also very wide. Would the cabin steward be able to store the suit case by chance?

I just purchased some new Samsonite luggage from costco and one of the pieces is rather large and will not fit underneath the bed. Anyone have any advice or have experienced a similar situation?

 

On another note-This will be for my honeymoon. Wife has changed her name on everything but her passport, but the reservation is under her maiden name which matches her passport. Should I expect any issues at the pier?

Any more news as to when you guys might be pulling out of port?

Due to a delay in transitioning the Carnival Triumph to Cruise Terminal 1, I’m sorry to say, we will now have to move back our embarkation times. Therefore, check-in for your cruise is now scheduled from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM.

We're going the beginning of April. I'm hoping that there will be a good nightlife. But we are on the very tail end of spring break. So we will see...

Has anyone experienced the new night club since they got rid of the Dungeon? Is it still good even though it is in the Viking Crown Lounge?

I believe galveston shuttle is pretty affordable. Might want to check them out. We are doing execu car through super shuttle and it was $155 one way from hobby. I know RCI does offer transferrs for around $40 a person from IAH

Has anyone experience the use of the Viking Crown Lounge as the club on Navigator? How does it compare to the now non existent dungeon?

What are the chances of hitting fog in April? We are cruising the 6th on NOS.

I just tried to book that hotel. Looks like they are requiring a two night minimum now. You got lucky booking early. Looks like a nice place!

the only problem I have seen with galveston, is most hotels require a two night minimum. That is difficult if you are flying in the day before the cruise. I have run into the for the 4/6 sailing.

Anyone have experience with an oceanview cabin on this ship? We are deck 2 all the way forward where the boardroom used to be in a new cabin. Wondering if this will be a noisy area?

Anyone have an idea where the night club will be since they are getting rid of the Dungeon during drydock? Was really looking forward to enjoying it!
