I just got of Valor at Port Canaveral this morning. I was off by 7:15. I am Platinum as well. Very quick and easy.

I just got off this cruise on Sunday. We did go to Turkey. It was a great experience and the people were very friendly.

We had a live band for the shows but no live music on lido when we cruised in December.. I'm surprised someone is stating that they had live music on lido as I don't know of any carnival ship that has a live band most night on the lido:confused:

I don't know about last december but 2 weeks ago there was live music at Red Frog on lido every day. Two singers would rotate out.

I too enjoy relaxing each day in the steam room and sauna. I find it very therapeutic and enjoy meeting other like-minded cruisers. Can you tell me about the set up on the Carnival Liberty? This will be my first Carnival cruise. I have cruised on RCCL, Princess and NCL in the past. My current favorite "relaxing" ships are the Voyager and Freedom class ships of RCCL.

Carnival Liberty has a very nice setup. Large sauna and steam room in the men's locker room. Both with windows overlooking the ocean. Plenty of chairs for cooling down. Nice shower area as well.

Please confirm that she still has real shows (not Playlist) with a show band. Thanks!

I was on the 2/22 sailing. We had live show band. Live music on Lido deck most nights as well.
