We experienced the same thing on both Allure in January and again on Visions in April. We purchase the soft drink package (non alcoholic). We were able to avoid some of this treatment by using the drink machines on board Allure but they are only available in two places. It was almost worth making a special trip to avoid being treated like a cheap second class cruiser. We included this on our customer survey.
