From where the tender drops you off to the taxis is there a shuttle or pedicab?

My husband's MS has advanced to the point where he can only walk short distances and if I recall the port now has you walk through a shopping area. When we were there a couple of years ago he was able to walk fairly well so I didn't think to look for shuttles or pedicabs.

My husband's MS has progressed to the point where walking the Punta Lagosta pier will be challenging, if not impossible for him. After several visits I know the walk is lengthy but I vaguely remember pedicabs.

Can anyone tell me if there are pedicabs that will take a person from the ship to the taxis and taxis to ship? If so, are they there every time a ship ports or just some of the time? Also, if anyone knows how much the pedicabs are that would be great too.
