Oh, this is a FUN idea! You’ve inspired me to make one for my teens. Some suggestions I might include in addition to some of these great suggestions:
Pictures of
-ivory figurine (found in piano bar)
-bottom of a lifeboat
-carved fruit (bonus for a watermelon)
-show performer
-circular window
-orange pencil-style artwork drawing (if I’m not mistaken each floor’s hall art is differently colored...I know Deck 6 has orange)

I assume you’re talking about a Vista, which I have booked for an upcoming cruise. Could you please indicate your cabin number? I would appreciate that.

Afternoon tea! I don’t even drink the tea. Just go for the sandwiches and desserts! So yummy! Not many know about it or think it’ll be stuffy, but it’s not!

Party of 3 flying into Logan, then staying overnight at a Copley Square hotel the night before our cruise. I've got airport to hotel transport figured out (Logan/Back Bay Express), but am confused about how to get from our hotel to Black Falcon. Looking for recommendations of the best method, considering we'll have suitacases to roll.
If I were to catch a taxi, is there a taxi drop off point at Black Falcon? Or would a taxi have to sit and wait through the same luggage drop off lane as those arriving by personal vehicle?

Thanks for the helpful responses!
Cabincop, are those tips set amounts auto charged to my account or you mean the cash tip I would add?

We have been upgraded to a suite after full payment (including prepaid gratuity of $189 each) was made on a balcony cabin. I remember reading on these boards that suite grats were more. Are suite grats, in fact, typically more than a regular cabin? And if so, does my bid price cover that adjustment?
Also, if I had originally booked a suite would the grats they add for a regular cabin for UDP and UBP usually included?

Curious as I'm trying to find out about Dawn doors myself. Metal or not?

Thanks so much for the input! I do remember how friendly and helpful the bus drivers are!

Snorkel Beach. By far, not much compared to the pink sandy beaches, but a decent place to spend a few hours right in the Dockyard area. Bathrooms, food, drink, parties at night. There is an entrance fee around $6 per person.
Rum Cakery near Clocktower Mall has free samples... and boy are they delish!

I've been to Bermuda before and am somewhat familiar with how convenient the bus system is. I'm looking to go from St. George to Admiralty House/Clarence Cove (on the way to Spanish Point). From looking at the bus map it appears I should take bus 11 from St. George, then get bus 4 toward Spanish Point. I spy a little dot on the bus 11 map, just before it would turn south towards Hamilton which looks like a stop. If I had a 2-day bus pass can I just get off there and switch busses from that stop, or must I go into Hamilton and catch bus 4 from the starting point?

Does this shuttle run on Sundays?

I bet! Three weeks for me!

Sheesh! I'm glad you discovered the rule before it prevented your perfect plan from taking place!
I'm curious WHY these other countries require the six month expiration requirement. Anyone know? They think you'll love their country so much they want you to be able to stay?
FWIW, we've cruised on Carnival to Caribbean ports and Carnival line also has the six month expiration requirement.

What Heidi said about going to the greet on night one! I have 3 girls and they always meet a few kids that first night that they wind up hanging with the rest of the week (some they are still friends from cruises years ago). They don't necessarily participate in all the club activities...Sometimes just make a plan to meet at ping pong tables or pool at a set time and go from there.
I remember before our first cruise they were worried about no phone service, etc., and that it'd be boring. But I think the reason the cruise friend bond is strong is bc it is face-to-face interaction and FUN without those electronic distractions! One of my daughters will be 18 this year and beside herself upset at the thought of being too old for the club. Not much for 18-21 year olds to do.

It's been a few years since we were there so we can't remember exactly, but my husband and I both think it was around $30. Don't quote me on that though. Our driver's name was Crystal.

The two tables is a great idea! Thanks for that. I had free dining credits and the great people here on CC had advised I book Moderno first so those credits would be taken off first and I wouldn't be charged. That strategy worked!
-
I just booked my dining. Seven night cruise, had 3 free, but booked 4 with one being a backup. There are 5 in my party. We really want to try Moderno but for some reason the seating choice only allowed for parties of 2, 3, 4 or 8 on any day, at any time. I hit it right at midnight when reservations opened so it's impossible they were all booked. Is this something I can have adjusted by calling, or by going to the desk once I'm on board, or are there no tables accommodating 5 (or 6)?
-
For the record, reservations became available exactly at midnight, and they went FAST! I'm so glad I checked in early. Got all but one of my first choices!
-
That's good to know. With the free dining promotion, combined with being docked in Bermuda over three evenings/dinner hours I've been worried prime reservation slots will be limited.
-
Perfect! 5:30am comes fast. Thank you for the response!

We're cruising Fri June 30th. At midnight it will be three months away, but we're technically (by counting) 92 days away. Should I bother staying up until midnight tonight to get first shot at dining reservations, or do I have to wait the two more days to be at the exact 90 day mark?
-
I'm wondering the same. It looks like the only benefit is an extra photo if you prepay.
I read a review a few months back where a lady said she bartered for picture prices onboard. Anyone have experience with that?
-
A customer service rep told me the same thing as SpainAlien. Right now my daughter is listed as a soda pkg, but was assured once I am onboard and sign the document allowing her to have beer/wine, she will be upgraded to Corks.
-
Will the individual restaurant reservation options show up there at the 90 day mark then? All I can see now is the various DP pkgs available for purchase.

Nobody answered you on this, but I’m curious myself. Did you do it?
