I believe Celebrity is geared more towards adults even down to the accommodations. They don't advertise anything for kids.

We are staying at the LaQuinta north. Nice hotel with great breakfast and pool area. Great place to relax before the cruise without spending a lot of money.

That $100 OBC you can use on the cruise you buy the cruise reward on right? Someone above said you see it at the end of the cruise. I want to use it right away on the current cruise. Dies anyone know for sure?

I would lock up all my electronic toys in the locker while I am in the spa rooms. Once I'm in the lounger area I would get them out to use.

One of the main dining rooms will be open. Not sure which one but they are across from one another. I want to say it is the Taste.

Great review! Thanks! Can you bring food from the buffet into the vibe? Can you have food delivered to the Vibe? What are the hours you can be in the Vibe? Do they have towels for the hot tubs there or do you have you get them from the main pool area? Do they have coffee available there? We don't sail until November but I'm a planner and want to know as much as possible before we go.

I plan on bringing my iPad and reading while relaxing in the loungers in the spa area. I can't imagine it being bad etiquette. As long as what you are doing is quiet no one should care.

Thanks so much for sharing Steve! Do you happen to have a Vibe cabana? If so, can you take buffet food there or get food delivered there? Who would bring it - the Vibe bar staff or room service staff? Should you tip them and how much?

The spa balcony will include passes to the spa which is worth a lot. I have a spa balcony to make sure I get in since the passes are limited. The balcony will be much smaller than your large balcony. The mini suite has a larger bathroom with 2 sinks and extra jets. Also has king size bed. The mini has a small balcony. Hope that helps! Enjoy your cruise!

Believe it or not I have more questions. :) What are the hours of the Vibe Club? Is the bar open the whole time the club is open? Is there food available there besides the fruit? Can you get drinks there on the UBP? Did you get the UDP? Did you think it was worth it?

Great pictures! Keep them coming! Were those gift bags canvas? Are they strong or pretty weak? The ones I got on a Celebrity were thin and flimsy. If they are decent I won't have to bring my own. Just something to attach to it to make it mine. Is the shampoo and body wash nice or should I bring my own? Did anyone walk by your cabana or was it pretty private? Do they bring drinks to you there or do have to go get them? Is there a Vibe entry cost and a cabana charge or does the cabana cost include entry? Is the front of the cabana open so you can see the water without sitting up?

Husband's questions - Do you know if they have slot tournaments open to anyone? Were the slot machines pretty tight?

Sorry it took a little longer to answer your questions. Had to ketch up on things at home. I have pic of the cabin, just need to figure out how to post them. Cabin 14124, port side, forward. We had a very nice couch in the cabin by the balcony. No noise at all. With $100 credit from vibe you can have food or drinks anywhere on the ship. Doesn't have to be just vibe. Unfortunately you don't have total shade in the cabana. When sun is upfront of you, there is no hiding from it. In regards of your question why we needed cabana. Cabana is outdoor in the vibe, and lounge chairs are indoor in the spa. Two totally different things. We did see burn the floor and it was amazing. We weren't to crazy about comedy on BA, and didn't even bother with it on GA. Hope that answers your questions.

NCL told me that cabin had the bed by the balcony. Could you see the fireworks from your balcony? Couldn't you get the Vibe passes using the iConceirge app on your phone? I loved your review! I do have some questions though. Do you have pictures of your spa cabin? What number was it? Port or starboard? I hear portside has chairs instead if a couch. Was there any noise when trying to sleep? What food and drink can you buy with the cabana? Did you have total shade if you wanted? Since you had a lounge chair in the spa why did you want a cabana? My husband and I can't decide on the cabana. You didn't go to the comedy show or burn the floor? No desire or no time?

There are a limited number of spa passes available per cruise. You might not get one. If the spa is important to you I would go with the spa balcony. That is what I did.

The dining package is a better value IF it is important to you. You could be perfectly fine with the MDR and buffet and use the $100 for drinks or gifts. But if you really love food that package, assuming it is for both of you, is a great deal. I would take it but that's me.

Great deal! Spa passes are limited also so you may not even get any once onboard. I went with a B9 cabin also just to be sure.
