  1. I also took La Coruna Tour by Hercules Tours. Very clean coach and nice staff with a very good english. 15 euros, 2 hours long. We discovered the best places in this beautiful city. Tripadvisor recommendation.

I went with Hercules too. Very friendly staff. Impressive tour of La Coruna. 100% recommedable.

  2. We arrived at La Coruna, a last stop on Queen Victoria heading Southampton. We decided we would see this beautiful city by foot, however we approached by HERCULES TOURS to do a 2 hours sightseeing bus tour, which we took. I can't recommend them more hightly. Coach was big and confortable. Tour guide was local and spoke excellent english, had a wonderful sense of humour. The tour took in all relevant sites. Other people who took the bus booked the tickets by http://www.herculestours.com and they had the bus front seats reserved. Very good experience.

    Hello.

I went with Hercules in Vigo. It was very interesting. I got my tickets by their web and we were in the first row of the bus. Very nice tour.

  3. Hi, all.

I will be in Vigo (Spain) in September. I usually get my excursions out of cruise companies. I would like to know some shore excursion in Vigo.

    Kind regards

    Hello, John.

We were in Vigo in June and we did a Panoramic Tour with Hercules Tours. They run Panoramic tours in A Coruña and they started to work in Vigo, also. 2,5 hours duration with 3 stops at a very good price, 15 euros.

We booked it in advance through the web www.herculestours.com and they reserved the front seats for us. Highly recommended.

    Greetings

  4. We do agree. We chose HERCULES TOURS and it was fabolous. Much better than P&O excursion. Recomended on TA.

    Hi.

I was quite suspicious of private tours. I found Hercules Tours in La Coruna and I have no doubt. I would repeat again. A very well run tour and much cheaper than on board. I had checked at reviews on TripAdvisor and were all good so I booked online. Perfect experience.

  5. Dear Beverid

If you are going to Vigo and La Coruna, you can get a private excursion a lot cheaper than P&O. It is running by the agency Hercules Tours. They are punctual and very professional. You can book your tickets in advance (15 euros) on www.herculestours.com. . Otherwise they are also at the Cruise Port arrival to offer their services. Check also Tripadvisor (Excellence award). I was very satisfied in both cities.

    Kind regards

    Hi everyone.

Of course you can get your own tour cheaper at the Port.

In La Coruna and Vigo we trusted in Hercules Tours and every city usually have this sort of tours. We had decided not to book the P&O tour as it seemed expensive and intended to walk around ourselves. We were approached by a representative from Hercules Tours who explained the tour would take 2 hours by coach and would stop at the main places of interest and the cost was 15 Euros per person.

We were so glad we decided to go with Hercules Tours - the guide was informative, friendly and helpful - the bus was comfortable and spacious - the tour itself was excellent.

  6. I was in La Coruna last April on board of Azura. We found Hercules Tours staff right at the port and we decided to take the panoramic city tour. 2 hours long for 15 euros. Very informative tour in english. You can check their web.

    Hi.

I also went with Hercules Tours. We enjoyed La Coruna tour very much. Staff friendly and informative. Great value

  7. We took the same cruise last year. To be honest it will be cheaper if you get the excursions in Port instead in boat.

Cartagena: you can get a Hop on Hop off bus.

Barcelona: you can get a Hop on Hop off bus.

La Coruna: you can get a 2 hours panoramic tour with Hercules Tours. Wonderful guides. I can't recommend it hightly enough. I give you tripadvisor link:

  8. Hi everyone! We just got back from our cruise aboard the Emerald Princess from January 18-28, 2014 and I've started to write about it on our cruise blog called Justin Plus Lauren - it's where I blog about all of our trips! We have so many photos and videos, plus many stories to tell from our cruise. It would be awesome if you would like to check it out. I gather so much information and travel tips from these forums, so it is my pleasure to share everything back with the Cruise Critic community from our vacation. :)

Please also if you have any questions about the Emerald or any Princess questions in general, feel free to ask them here and I would be happy to try my best to answer them!

It will take me a long while to post everything since we have 11 days worth of pictures, journal entries and video to sort through, so bare with me! I'll try my best to get everything posted as soon as possible and will post here when I have new entries.

The first blog entry is about our flight from Toronto to Florida, waking up bright and early to embark on our adventure!

Wowwwww. It looks good. I will think about it.

  9. Have cruised before in Feb but Valentine's Day never fell during one of them! We are on Azura this year on Valentine's Day and just out of curiosity wondered if they did anything special at all - has anyone else been onboard at this time? From the dress code list it states it is a Tropical Night - so doesnt seem to any related theme as such!

    Hi.

I think they will prepare some sort of party. I was during Valentine's Day in Independence of the Seas and the party was wonderful.

  10. After changing my itinerary yesterday on an upcoming cruise, and reviewing my booking confirmation email, I'm curious about an item on there.

It lists my reservation number, ship, date, itinerary, stateroom, and sailing date. After that it says "promo restrictions." What is this referring to? I don't think I've ever noticed it before.

    Hello.

They mark this status to show different rates but that's all.

    Kind regards

  11. Woohoo, me and my husband have just booked the cruise on the Pullmantur Empress departing Bilbao on 20th September 2014. This is only our second cruise, first one was around Hawaii. Really looking forward to not having to pay for drinks on this one! Anyone else going???

Dont worry about that. You will be able to drink as much as you can and you wont pay anything at all if you are going all inclusive.

    Enjoy your cruise

  12. Good afternoon all,

I am currently booked on the Splendour of the Seas in Nov '14 going to the Greek Islands. I am always looking for other deals & found a cruise that looks interesting. It is with MSC Cruises going to the Mediterranean on the MSC Poescia. It is 9 nights vs 7 on RCCL.

I am wondering if anybody can give me feedback on MSC Cruises. I am a Diamond member on RCCL & of course from the USA. Looking at MSC it seems like it is very European. Has any American travelled on MSC Cruises in Europe & what did you think about it. Would we be comfortable or should I stick with what I know, which is RCCL

    Thank you

I prefer RCCL but I cant say P&O are bad ships. For me there is not too much difference.
