When I originally booked the promotion, it included my C&A balcony discount. I just got my final payment invoice and it doesn't reflect the discount. RCL is saying that the promotions can't be combined. Can anyone confirm?

Just maybe... Try uppercase AL .Did you try sending it to AL_Concierge01@rccl.com ? Number 01 and 02 work together..I last got an email from 01 about 3 weeks ago.
Just a quick thank you! I tried both 01 & 02 with a capitalized AL from my gmail and got a response back today. Much thanks!

Are you sure you are putting the 01 or 02 (zero one or zero two) at the end of the email name? Oasis and Allure have a slightly different format for Concierge email addresses.

Hi all,
I'm trying to email the concierge on the allure, but I keep getting a delivery failure notification. Has anyone had luck emailing lately?

I cannot say enough good things about Capt Bob and his tour! My parents and I took the excursion Wednesday, January 25 while docked in St Martin aboard the Navigator of the Seas. We followed the directions in the email which were exact and we had no problem locating the dock or the boat. Capt Bob welcomed us with open arms. Unfortunately there was a party of 4 that did not show up on time. The email clearly stated to be on the dock at 10:15 AM. We waited until 10:45 and they still were not at the dock. Capt Bob made a decision to leave, as he didn’t want us to lose any more time out of our day.
My party of 3 was joined by a wonderful young couple who we immediately became friends with. The tour was amazing, lunch was awesome at Pinel Island, and the snorkeling was great. Don’t miss the fish feeding swim! I was cold, which is no fault of Capt Bob’s but he convinced me to get in the water and I’m so glad I did!
We were back to the ship in plenty of time. We even had some time to shop at the dock before all aboard. I would not hesitate to book this tour again the next time I’m in St. Martin!
Please let me know if you have any questions... but HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I've been emailing back and forth with Capt Bob and he's been wonderful! My mom is a non-swimmer and he reassured her that it will be fine.

We are just off the Western Itinerary, the C&A Welcome Back Party was Day 3 - Labadee before each dinner seating, and the PD was a breakfast in the dining room at 9:30 am on Day 6 - At Sea

Another question for you Freedom experts...
What is the area just behind the aft elevators on deck nine? Above (deck 10) is the conceirge lounge, and below (deck 8) is RCCL online, so what is the blank spot on deck 9?

I don't know the exact route from the airport to the cruise terminal, but just tell your cab driver that you'd like to stop at a Publix, Albertsons, or Winn Dixie. There has to be a bunch of them only a block or two from your route (or even on your route)

Unfortunately this cruise we are unable to fly in the day before due to a work schedule conflict. Does anyone know if there is a place to stop on the way from the airport to pickup a case of water? I dont want to have to worry about weight restrictions in my checked luggage.

Thanks again. My TA called 3 times and was told it was not combinable... I called C&A they said to do a 3 way call. We did the 3 way call and they still said no.
I sent the paper to my TA, she was able to get the discount applied and I also got an apology for the inconvenience!
