Hello

As the name suggests we are looking for some advice on timing for departure from Anthem at Cape Liberty and getting to JFK.

Have the option for an 11am flight from JFK to LAX and need a confirmation from anyone that has done it and made the flight.

Will be walking off with our bags and will have a pre booked private car.

Cruise is departure 9th May 2019 Bermuda and Caribbean 9 night.

I don't see the single supplement as an issue to be honest. I mean, heck, I would be paying double occupancy if I were staying at a resort so what's the difference? And single supplement or not, most often, cruising still comes out to be way cheaper than most land vacation packages, so I still come out on top financially and enjoy a lavish vacation regardless! :)

 

P.S.: And to make up for the single supplement - your excursions will be cheaper because you are only booking for one person, your specialty restaurants will be cheaper because you are only reserving for one person, and if you get the beverage package, you only need to purchase one per cabin where, at least on Carnival, every person over 21 in the cabin MUST purchase if one does. So....solo is still cheaper :)

And they will only be spending half the additional costs. Why shouldn't the cruise line get an additional supplement.

We are doing the Christmas and NYE Radiance of the Seas Cruise and we are looking at doing the Experience Dunedin V8 bike tour, only available privately. It gets back to the town center at 3:35pm. Does anybody know if this will leave us enough time to get the shuttle back to the boat for a 6pm departure?

We will be flying over from the land down under under and will spend a few weeks before the cruise traveling around. Would appreciate any suggestions for a room with in room laundry facilities reasonably close to the Oasis departure port. Wouldn't mind getting on board with some clean clothes.

Have found plenty of info re the dining times etc, was more so interested in the bars/casino etc.

Wondering what times the restaurants/bars/casino operate?

24hr facilities at all?

Have noted room service is 24/7 with a surcharge for certain times.
