Wondering what all the spa pass entails? Going on a 7 day cruise on the gem in May. What does it include and what is the cost? I have a 2 bedroom suite booked, is it different for suite guests? This will be my first cruise and am very excited!!

Was wondering how everyone tips their butler. Is it better to tip at the end of the cruise or daily as soon as he provides a service to you. Thought of doing it at the end but then I feel as though he may think he is not going to get anything.
