We loved it there!

Just got back from a a b2b on both getaway and breeze.

Getaway was our first leg of the ship. It was incredible!!! So much to do, great staff, great shows, loved the comedians and overall look of the ship. We had the family ocean view room and it was great for the 4 of us.

When we hopped off getaway we walked across to the carnival terminal and got on the breeze. Our initial impression was a huge letdown...but I know it was because we were comparing it to the getaway. To me initially, it was a big difference. Also there was little things throughout the breeze leg that would definitely put it below getaway. On the plus side we loved the thrill theatre and our wait or was fabulous. We got our first ever balcony..a cove balcony..and the 4 of us felt much more cramped in that room vs the getaway family ocean view room

Arubalisa have you heard any feedback of the animal garden or been there yourself? I noticed it was ranked high on trip advisor but when I searched the aruba forum on cruise critic I didn't get much info at all.

What is the cab fare to go to Philips animal garden?

Does anyone have any feedback on the animal garden itself?

I have seen some conflicting info so hoping to get some feedback...especially those that have 1st hand.

Me and my husband were wanting to to go to the illus. show on the first night and drop the kids of at the kids club. I am pretty much positive they aren't open for the first showing but have seen conflicting info for the 2nd showing.

We were just in bermuda in June and thoroughly enjoyed snorkeling at Tobacco Bay.

We ask the cabin steward to bring 2 top sheets and 2 duvets. Problem solved! :D

Was just talking to my husband about the bed situation and he mentioned almost the exact same thing! He said let's just bring 2 sleeping bags to put on the bed but I like your idea too. Thks!

9 and 7......both girls. They still fight like crazy even at those ages. I heard it never ends, till they are adults. ha!

The added space will be so nice vs just the standard balcony cabin. Just trying to see whats more important on a cruise of 11 nights

Well, as far as separate sleeping spaces, there is a heavy curtain between the areas of the bed and the "living room" area. The curtain is heavy enough that if one side has a light on, the other side won't be disturbed by it.

Oh yes love the idea of the curtain. Just wish my kids had separate beds to sleep in. The whining for 11 nights of "she's taking the covers, she's kicking me, etc" is something I am not looking forward to! Bedtime is already a battle in itself ;)

After doing more research it does appear she is wrong. Ugh! Was hoping for separate sleeping spaces. I even asked her multiple times and she kept saying same thing.

On a separate question, I tried to overlap the two decks to see what we are underneath. It looks la cucina is above...can anyway take a look?

I just got off the phone making my ressie for a pearl mini suite over thanksgiving and was asking the rep about the sleeping arrangements. On line it appears that' the sofa pulls out for 2 people to sleep in.

But she said no, it is a single sofa sleeper and then a Pullman as well above the sofa.

Can anyone who has been a pearl mini suite clarify?

I was on the vision 10 night bermuda cruise earlier this month and too was very concerned about all the negative reviews. While there were some minor issues (MTD and room issues) we still enjoyed this cruise and have some great memories. This was our first royal cruise (cruised Disney and ncl before)and like I said we enjoyed it, but definitely not like our other ones. Loved the itinerary though and if you have kids the kids clubs was awesome! My kids loved it there.

We just got back. We did the caves and snorkeling at tobacco bay one day. Then horseshoe bay and mini golf in the dockyards the 2nd.

We just went to melia this past week on our rci cruise. We were very happy with our choice. Beach was great....awesome snorkeling by the big rocks. Lots of amenities to enjoy and great price. We paid 30 each for adults and 15 each for kids. Just took taxi (5 per person)and bought passesat front desk
