I don't kow about post cruise, but i know that they pick you up at the hotel between 10a.m. and 11 a.m. pre-cruise. If the pick up time is too late for you, it's around 3 miles between the port and the radisson, so you could grab a taxi at the port.

to respond to many comments and questions, all three previous hotels are close to the port, they're all within walking distance of each other, so as far as distance it doesn't really matter. The suites are probably a little nicer, the radisson have the numbers beds and offers free parking, breakfast for 2 and transportation to the port.
As far as launches, don't get too excited if there's a launch scheduled weeks or months down the road when you're sailing, the dates change often.
As far as boarding early, we'll see how PC handles the larger ship. Until the last few Mariner cruises we took, it used to take up to 45 minutes to disembark when your color is called, it was much better this past year we were off in about 15 minutes.

With the FOS finally coming up to PC, I'm finally going to sail her! I remember watching as they were presenting the pictures of what she was going to look like and saying "I can't wait to sail this ship!" At least with Oasis, I will sail her soon after she's complete!

at the hotel, there's a gate that works sometimes, a room key is needed to get in.
