On August 8-9, 2022 they had just released dates for Caribbean cruises into March 2024.  Typically, those ships relocate March/April to the Mediterranean & Baltics for the summer......... so there should be new release dates Spring/Summer/Fall 2024 soon? Maybe September?

 

Also, "Destination Collection 2023-2024" should be coming out that shows all the ships and their schedules for that time period.

Best deal is usually thru your major local bank that offers service.  Did it in AZ for our 2019 Italy trip and got a great US/Euro exchange rate and no extra fees ....... Euros remaining at end of trip were easily returned/exchanged at same bank.

Doesn't look like this special tour is available at this time with the responses received ......... guess better to use $$$ towards corkage fees for extra bottles of wine brought on at embarkation!

Looks like with the prices of a bottle of wine onboard, the $20 corkage fee per bottle brought on board isn't so bad now with multiple bottles brought on at embarkation......... we like Beringers and Woodbridge, so will be checking out local ports-of-call stores prior to boarding!  Still the Plus Package looks to be a cost savings too if you down a few glasses!

Whitewings2 ....... on your Transatlantic and taking 12 bottles + 2 on with embarkation, I assume that you consumed all plus more if you purchase additional at foreign ports.  The $20 corkage fee bringing  your own purchased wines onboard seems to be a cost savings with the new Princess prices of bottled wines.  Certainly considering the same on our next cruise of 10 days or more.  Thanks!

Say ..... have searched through the threads and unable to find any information about the Ultimate Ship's Tour that use to be offered on various ships!

Interested in the Sky or Enchanted Princess for a Trans-Atlantic Passage in the future.  Any info is appreciated.

Very interested in this thread and will be following even though no plans to cruise until 2024.

Saw on VesselRadar today (3/5) that the Enchanted Princess just activated their GPS locator and at Monfalcone shipyard dock!

Last report was that Sea Trials were to begin March 10th (next week) …….. haven't seen anything else!

19 months out for the Enchanted Princess Maiden Voyage in July 2020 using FCD!

I hope this thread does continue for a while so other recent cruisers have an opportunity to contribute their experience with the Gold Wine Package........we have booked and sail on the Enchanted Princess July 1, 2020 for 24days (think  paul92907 is also) and are very interested in this package!  We easily do a bottle at dinner😉

Ditto skynight's answer!..........we were on the Grand in October for the Northwest Coastal cruise and there were a couple days that bow was closed at the stairs due to wind & slippery deck while underway!

Thank you for posting info about your experience in Southampton and the Holiday Inn...............we'll be in Southampton in 2020 for the first time and board the Enchanted Princess for her maiden voyage from the port!  We'll come in a couple days early so not sure where we'll be staying!  Thanks again!

Wierd..............samlau888 seems to be reviewing Royal Princess and activities..........think the system caught "enchanted" when the author was refering to "enchanting" princess cruise in May 2018!

Reading these posts about CC has been very appreciated since we'll be trying CC for the first time many many days from now on the Enchanted Princess!  Booked a Premium Mini-suite CC and look forward to the "no wait" with 3,660 passengers onboard!.............our booking "Travel Summary" does indicate "Dining: Club Class" eventhough we always choose AnyTime with our "passenger profile"..................enjoy!

Deluxe cabins seem to be pretty popular on the ships as I have just found out looking into the Enchanted Princess' maiden voyage for 2020!............all booked already and the ship's being built at this time!  Being a Platinum had to wait til this Thursday morning at 2:30am to view availabilities after Elite started booking yesterday or so for 2020 for the Med..........and 6 hours later was finally able to book directly thru Princess a Premium Mini-suite...........what a chore!

As others have mentioned or encountered.........my TA was told by a Princess Rep this past week that there was no BVE for the Grand Princess sailing out of San Francisco on June 10th.........well, after reviewing CC member comments and a January post by a CC member with pics of their BVE on the Grand out of San Francisco.......I called Princess!

 

Low and behold.......there is a BVE and have booked my son and his girl friend!

 

So we're set for the BVE (a first for us).......and it does pay to keep asking if you get a "no" or an inaccuarate answer!

As with Pilot70D and CruisingCoral......we too will be taking the 10-day Alaska cruise on the Grand Princess out of San Francisco.........look forward to any comments about the ship and any special things to look for onboard!
