Thanks for the info, I was under the impression the taxis all dropped at one central point.  Hopefully we can do the long walk to the taxis then try one of the places you suggested.

We visited Costa Maya years ago and really enjoyed spending time at Mahahual.  Does anyone know what beach bars/resturants are closest to where the taxis drop you off from the port?  One person in our group can not walk long distances so I am hoping to find one that would be less walking.  Thank you.

Our arrival time for Mardi Gras is 10:30-11:00 with a B01 zone. We are Platinum and on  a recent cruise we had the same arrival time but were in zone A02.  Should we arrive later to avoid waiting a long time in the terminal?    I read somewhere the zones are 1-13?  Thanks for any suggestions.

We headed to Jibe City to hang out. We started at shaded tables for a beer, then moved to the free longers for some sun. That was the most relaxing day.

Embarkation day felt crowded and sometimes port days at breakfast but not worse than I've seen on other ships.

We just came back from an 8nt Southern Caribbean cruise on the Sunshine, it was great! The reviews didn't look optimistic but we enjoyed so many things, I hope to book the ship again soon.
