I used a card that charges foreign transaction fee but did not see a charge. I think Bermuda charges cards in US dollars.
pre-COVID - The exchange rate was 1 for 1. When buying things in Bermuda, they took U S dollars and usually gave change in U S dollars.
. I hope it hasn’t changed.

We are on Celebrity's July 17th sailing and just received our approved travel authorization this morning (7/9). I believe others on the July 17th roll call also just received it this morning.

Thanks for the suggestions. I think we will try to catch the trolleys to get to Little Havana and experience some fantastic food.

The Anthem of the Seas will be docking in Miami this week on its way to the Bahamas. How easy is it to get to public transportation from the dock? Is it a long walk? How long a walk to Bayside Market? What do you suggest we do for first time visitors? Not really beach goers.

If you order a drink and a bottle of water, do they deduct two drink vouchers or just one?

I am thinking about booking an obstructed view balcony cabin on the Anthem of the Seas. I remember some time back there was a map or listing that indicated whether a cabin had 50% or 75% obstructed view. Does anyone have the link to the map/listing? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the information. So the coupons will be available on my cruise card. I think that is why I don't purchase the wi-fi package until I am on the ship. They deduct the one day from the cost of the wi-fi package.

It has been a few years since I was on a RCCL cruise. I am a Diamond member. On my last cruise, a couple of my diamond member benefits included an XX amount of free internet minutes and a free photo. In reviewing the Crown and Anchor benefits list, I noticed the internet minutes and free photo was no longer on the list. Did Royal Caribbean remove these benefits? When? Do Diamond members get any discount on Wi-fi packages?

OK. Thanks! It has been a couple of years since I was on a RCCL cruise. Things have changed!

Can you bring back water or soda when the ship is in port? All the comments have been about bringing water at embarkation.

Thanks! Looking forward to getting down to warmer weather.

Anyone know if they offer the North Star on port days? I will be on the Anthem in a couple of weeks and have been trying to book the North Star while in port. Reservation system is only offering sea days. Can I only book it for port days when I get on board? Same with iFly.

Thank you all for the information. I will be on the Summit so it looks like I will have the option to order from MDR menu. Still trying to figure out what “perks” come with Aqua Spa cabin. Blu, access to Persian garden and relaxation room. I believe cabin also gets bottle of champagne (if I ask for it). Iced herbal tea daily instead on concierge canapés. Anything else? My cabin though will be under pool deck area. Hope it won’t be too noisy in the morning.

Hi all, I booked Concierge Guarantee and see that I was assigned an Aquaspa cabin. Must I dine in BLU or can I go to MDR? How different is the BLU menu from MDR menu? Do I have the option to order from MDR menu in BLU?

I will be disembarking from the Solstice in Auckland but my flight is not until 3:30 PM. Is there someplace close to the dock that I can store my luggage so I could walk around the city before heading to the airport? I plan to take the Skybus to the airport.

Just returned from Celebrity Cruise. We stopped at Incheon first and Jeju Island the next day. Several immigration officials came on the ship in Incheon and we quickly finished the process. We were off the ship by 7:30 am. Many tour operators were waiting right off the ship. There is no terminal in Incheon. We also had to disembark in groups in Jeju but it was seamless. Very nice terminal in Jeju with internet access. We had great private tours with My Seoul Tour and Funtasy in both locations.

Thank you for the information. According BC Transit website, I can purchase an all day pass on the bus for $5 CA and pay in cash. I will be in Vancouver for several days so I should have that amount. I just wasn't sure where the bus stop was and what bus to take. You've answered my question. It looks pretty easy to take the bus around Victoria.

I've read that one can take the public bus from the Victoria Ogden Point Cruise Terminal to Downtown Victoria. Where is the bus stop? Is it a long walk from the terminal? What bus would I take?
-
Thank you for all the information regarding walk.
Another quick question... Is it easy to walk from hours horseshoe bay to the lighthouse or should I take the #7 bus? I will have a one day transport pass.
-
I've read that there is a trail between the two beaches. Is the trail easy to find? How easy/difficult is the walk? Do we have to climb over rocks or anything)like that? How long would it take (assuming we are walking at an easy pace?

Thanks. I continued reading and found the thread that addressed this.

I read in one of the websites that you can no longer buy tokens and multi-day passes in the Royal Dockyard Visitor Centers. Can someone confirm whether this is true?

Thanks for the info and advice.

I understand the cab fare from airport to Port Everglades is about $15 - $20. How much extra will they charge if I ask them to stop at Publix to pick up some bottled water? Do they sell bottled water at the cruise terminal? I just need a few bottles and don't know if it is worthwhile to make an extra stop at the Publix.
Thanks!

Just read a post further back and it seems some cards do charge a foreign transaction fee. Sorry for any misinformation.
