NCL’s Birthday Party Package $59!

My sister is turning 80 years young the day after we board the Jade for a 14 day February cruise out of Tampa.  
Is this package worth it?  She has already made it clear she won’t wear any tiaras or birthday banners!

Any experience with this?  Age is catching up with this solo traveler!  Too much to fly with one or two suitcases and a CPAP.

How do we prove we did an antigen test 96 hours before boarding?  Do we need a PCR test 96 hours before boarding to ensure we’ll get a refund if we test positive at the pier?

Fine with me!  Dock the ship at the private island for the length of the cruise.  Still getting wined, dined and entertained.

NCL Rewards OBC Apply to Daily Service Charge?

Is this allowed?  I have NCL MasterCard points.  Can I apply them to OBC to be used for the DSC?  (Daily Service Charge)

Just "chatted" with NCL.  Essential Travel Protection cannot be added until after final payment.

Anyone else having issues booking NCL’s $45 travel insurance?

access to the mini bar?  Do we have to carry drinks back from a bar?

So, if I book shore excursions online I’ll get charged full price?  I then get $50 OBC for each port/shore excursion I’ve booked per stateroom?I have Free at Sea that includes 5 choices.  How will I be able to spend OBC?  I prepaid the daily service charge - probably a mistake!
