I live in the United States state of New York

My husband has had cancer since 2000.  He has monthly shots, and various treatments when the tumors increase.  His quality of life is very good.  I inquired about travel insurance and was told that he would not be able to get insurance to cover his cancer since it is ongoing.  It is not considered pre-existing condition, since he is receiving treatments.  Has anyone with cancer been able to find a policy that would cover cancer?  

I have the same question is the cost 25 for 2 chairs umbrella and rum drinks.

My husband and I  will be leaving for a cruise on January 12th, If I purchase the Carnival insurance now, could I cancel for any reason.  I understand that I would get a  75% credit for a future cruise,  The reason I am asking this is my father was just hospitalized, I am concerned that his condition could worsen. Any information  would be greatly appreciated.
