I'm curious if anyone else has been able to book 10 days.

I was told no more than 9, the 4-10 days was a typo.

Which is weird they'd not want to honor what is written, what's the cost to them?

Sorry but terms are clear 9 days and less only.

CAS’s system will not accept a 10/+ sailing with the comp. it will be rejected when they try to apply it.

Could you direct me to where the terms are clear?

The email I received over a week ago says "Valid on sailings 4-10 days only"

I will be phoning CAS by the end of the week to see if we can get this prepaid service charges perk added to a cruise we already have booked with them (we are before final payment).

 

It’s an 11 day cruise so will come back and let you know if someone already hasn’t answered by then.

I'd be real curious, because fine print says cruises between 4-10 days.

I up sold, as recent as October from mini to DOS, 6 days prior to sailing.

Received the extra point but more important, got the 3 liters of liquor.

But even MORE important. Ignore the liquor list for DOS and GV.

Order what you want.

PLEASE do tell who we should talk to? As I have NOT been overwhelmed with our current CAS agent.....despite being Elite for some time now....

 

And I have also tried to do a "search" for agents at CAS that seem to be more user friendly.....as I know there have been posts in the past....but have not been able to find them.

 

Despite racking up 50,000 points for me and around 40,000 for DH....the deals have NOT been good lately.....any input would be greatly appreciated as I am seriously thinking of jumping ship! Pun INTENDED! And have been one of those singing CAS praises for YEARS now......Love the line....just am not feeling the "love" these days.

I called yesterday to try get my March cruise adjusted. I was told that I did not qualify as I have mini-suites and above comped normally. I was told that the inside comp room comps get the offer. Also only 7 night cruises. It seems funny that the lower comps would get the offer and not the bigger comped players.

I was in this suite 4 weeks ago.

It's only slightly obstructed due to the Posh elevators.

I really enjoyed this suite.

The obstruction nor noise was ever an issue.

It will save approximately $200 pp

I once didn't care if I had a Concierge or not.

But after having Omar and two weeks ago David C. both added tremendously to our enjoyment onboard.

Tend to start with $10 pppd for butler but find concierge more difficult as don't find them that useful as I am more than capable of checking bookings for dinner and shows for myself, especially as a lot can be done in advance or via the tv in the suite once onboard.

With a GOOD concierge what time you want to dine is not a factor.

They make it happen.

I've had two outstanding Concierge.

One mediocre.

And one that plain SUCKED. I heard she's gone, I hope it's true.

We are a family of 4 and are travelling to Civitavecchia & Livorno soon. We would like to visit Rome and Pisa and was wondering if anybody had previously completed this as DIY? Or pre-arranged transfers with a reasonably priced company?

I have thought about switching to another cruise line but I would have to pay for the first cruise and the cost can really add up when you factor in airfare and hotel. I've been Golden for the past couple of years on NCL and I usually get decent offers from CAS for balcony or mini suites and some with slot tournaments or other incentives. My last offer is for a European cruise that includes airfare, hotel and transfers. It's only an inside cabin but I was pleasantly surprised that I got the offer at all. We're thinking about upgrading to a balcony but that would cost more than the cruise itself. We also got the UBP and free internet. All in it cost us $483.00 pp. including the gratuities for the beverage plan. This offer was too good to pass up, so I'll be sticking with NCL as long as they keep sending offers like this one.

I'm surprised there hasn't been more talk of this offer.

It's by far the best offer I have ever received from ANY casino. When I called about it I was offered a mini like usual.

So for around 900 bucks total, going to Europe. Airfare, hotel, transfers taken cared of. Had no real desire to go to Europe, but with an offer like this, it's a no brainer.

I agree that the perks of CAS are not what they once were, however for me the cruise comps remain the same. Now with the previous posts about the Epic, I'm curious to see how it goes with the hosts. :D

With it being so port intensive, what are the hours like for the casino?

This is the strongest offer I have ever received from CAS.

Had no desire to go to Europe however can't pass this one up.

Our air travel was told 30 days out.

Hotel in Barcelona was told Fira Congress.

Was told cabins are all GTY. Once I saw how people board and disembark at

each port I understand this.

So have a GTY Mini for Oct 2nd sailing out of Barcelona.

Hopefully they'll straighten it out.

Can't imagine how an error like that could be made being slot play.
