Thanks MR Wiggle. Didn't think that would make a difference, but it did. The last time we cruised, everything was sent to us. No printing required.
-
When I am printing our luggage tags the deck, cabin #, etc are not printing...including the bar code. Am I doing something wrong? :o

We want more! We want more! :D
-
We always did early seating on our past cruises. This time we are going with YTD. This way we can get ready at our pace.

Mailed our renewals on June 21st. Check cleared on the 25th. Received an email on July 13th informing that they were "processing". Received today (July 16th).
Makes it 25 days for us, but that did include a holiday.

Great review! We can't wait to sail her in just 6 weeks. Now we're looking forward to seeing /listening to the entertainment. Yeah!
-
I just booked our August 23rd cruise 2 days ago and we were wait listed for YTD. I got an email the next day to confirm that we got it. It's just 2 of us so it might be easier to accommodate us.
Hope you can get YTD for your cruise. Enjoy!

Great review so far. We're sailing her in 7 weeks!

Just booked today using the Half the Year sale. Paradise on 8/23, 5 night, 6C, 2 people for $1,016. Probably not the best rate, but who cares...I'm going on a cruise!

Nightly News just showed a map. Storm should be at Charleston Thurs pm, Maryland/Delaware Fri pm, Maine Sat pm. Hope everyone makes it to where they are going safe and sound.

Good for you! It never hurts to ask. Have a great cruise!

Good to know hereisjohnny. Maybe he was on a break when the reviewer was on the Breeze.
He is a great guy. My husband has 2 pictures with him. He acted like he remembered him the second time (lol)!
-
Thanks for the update. Although I was looking at a recent FunTimes for the Breeze (posted in someone's review), and it doesn't look like he is still the Captain.:( I'm sure he's out there somewhere!

Just curious if anyone knows whether Captain Massimo Marino is still sailing. He was our captain on 2 of our previous cruises. People don't seem to talk about the captains, at least not that I've been able to find.

Very interesting website. I was able to find the jumper from our cruise in 2006 on the Legend. I can tell you that it really sucked circling for 12 hours looking for him. This might surprise some, but when they're searching for jumpers in the dark, they use flashlights...no spotlights!

Since you are talking about vitamins and supplements, maybe you could go online and get the descriptions. This way you could print them out to bring along. That would be a lot easier than carrying the containers.
I usually don't worry about vitamins, but I don't bring as many. As for prescriptions, I bring the print out that comes with the prescription.

Bigger ships = More people = Longer lines:eek:

St. Thomas is where I got mine. Sorry I don't remember where I got it. It's been too long. :o It's small...only about 7 inches in diameter, but it still works!

Was this on the Carnival site?

Teaberry (a PA thing!)
Chocolate Peanut Butter
Chocolate Almond Chip (Friendly's):p

Many years ago on our second cruise there was an older woman at the pool on an "at sea" day. She had on a moo-moo and her hair was in curlers. Yes, the pink ones! Nothing to cover them up. We laughed so hard, and of course, we took a picture so we'd have that memory forever. She'll never know!;)

I like Malibu Sunshine Rum with lemonade. I'm sure it would be good with iced tea too. It's probably not available everywhere but if you can get it, it's worth a try.

Thanks for the link caribsun!

Can you also take a snorkeling excursion from the Money Bar? If so, any idea the cost?
