If we are staying a Celebrity Suite, do we need a drink package? I heard that all drinks are free for suites until midnight. Is this true?

We are booked on the Celebrity Summit (4/14 - 4/21) and have a suite. First time for suite. Any suggestions? Also looking to get involved in some excursions. We used this site for excursions on a Mediterranean Cruise in 2014 and really enjoyed it. Thanks for any input.

We are scheduled to take a 10 night cruise on Celebrity Reflection on 6/13/14 in the Eastern Mediterranean. We are looking for suggestions on the different port excursions. We heard it is cheaper to arrange the excursions on your own instead of the ship ones. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
