My immediate family is going on an Alaska cruise (NCL Jewel) with my elderly Korean parents in July. When I asked about excursions, they said that just want to eat fresh Alaskan king crab and freshly-caught Salmon (sashimi style) and that any excursions had to involve minimal walking.

What is the best place to go for fresh Salmon sushi?

(Given that it'll probably be their only and last Alaska cruise, I'd like them to really enjoy their culinary experience.)
