We're thinking of using this transfer bus. Any update by anyone who has used them?

You each get your own number of minutes. I love that because I can use mine and my husbands minutes. But I had to set up 2 different accounts for it.

Are there irons in the cabins? (We're in a Penthouse Suite).

Maybe a stupid question- my wife and I are both Platinum members with the same number but mine has an A appended and hers has a B. The website says that EACH Platinum member gets so many free internet minutes, depending on length of the cruise. Does that mean that each of us gets that number of minutes or just the cabin gets it?

Does the Sapphire have one of these lounges? I've looked at the deck plan and don't see one.

We have a frequent problem with our local cleaner and my wife's jeans, capri's etc. They put a crease in them, even though we mark "no creases". Even when they notice that request, they press them seam to seam so they come out with very wide legs. Have any of you had the same problem with Princess' laundry/cleaning, or men with their jeans coming back with creases?

Any more specific information as to cost and where the taxi would drop us off at the port?

We are boarding when you get off - our hotel quoted around $16US for the cab ride to the cruise terminal from the area near The Bund, so that jives with 100CNY.

We too will be staying in the Bund area (Hyatt on the Bund) and will need transportation to the Wusongkou Cruise Terminal. Can anyone verify that the taxi cost was about $16 ? Also, I have read that taxis are not allowed right in the port area and that they will drop you off at the gate. How long a walk is it from the gate to the cruise terminal? Pulling luggage, is it a well paved walkway or over rough surfaces?

It looks like the Sapphire Princess is being taken out of service from April until October 2015. That's 6 months. Does anyone know if it's going to have a major overhaul or some other reason why it's being taken out of service?

Has anyone taken a cruise FROM Shanghai's Baoshan Cruise Terminal and stayed at the Hyatt on the Bund before the cruise? If so, how did you get from the hotel to the port, which I understand is some distance from Shanghai? I am not talking about the close in International Cruise Terminal (which can't handle large ships such as the Princess Sapphire).

We will be staying in a full suite. Is it true we can order anything that is on the dining room breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus? We've had enough formal nights in all our years of cruising so will leave the fancy clothes at home and hopefully be able to have the same dinner in our suite that those in the fancy clothes are having in the dining room.

OK - we definitely won't take a taxi. But if I arrange for a private transfer, how do I know how long it will be for us to disembark and be ready to meet the driver? When booking a reservation, you have to give a specific time that they will pick you up.

Our cruise is scheduled to dock in Singapore at 5 a.m. Would I be taking a huge risk of missing a 12:30 noon departure from the airport? I don't have any idea how long it takes for the ship (Princess Sapphire) to be cleared and passengers to disembark, clear any formalities, and get a taxi to the airport.
