Captains table invites

I just cannot be bothered to pack 'formal' on the off chance. The Captain might invite us to his table!

Hi - we are totally new to cruising and are confused about drinks on board. We don't drink a lot ( yes really) so don't want to buy a drinks package .... are they compulsory? Also does anyone know if the Infinity has a swimming pool? We are going to the Norwegian fiords .... will it be warm enough anyway? Many questions help please
