  1. 4 of us sailing on msc seaside in june aged 70, 78, 80 and 83. Two have breathing and walking problems so will be on mobility svooters. Any tips for on or off ship would be appreciated. Stops are marseilles, genoa, civitavecchia, palermo and ibiza. We have all been to Rome several times so would like to do something else even if it is the 2 fit ones. Had a quick look at Ibiza and thought 2 of us could get a cab to the old town but could the 2 on mobility scooters have a poodle about near the ship.

  2. We are sailing on Celebrity Infinity in May/June visiting Mykonos, Piraeus, Santorini and Rhodes but my husband uses an oxygen concentrator so he ok walking but does have to stop and start and we do not want excursions that involve too much walking. Does anyone have any suggestions or experiences that may help us?

The cruise also includes Messina and Malta so any suggestions for those would also be welcome.

There are a couple of Celebrity excursions that look possible as they state they are only mild but at the moment places like Santorini look impossible. Our current plans are so we may do a Celebrity tour for Messina, Mykonos on our own, stay on the ship at Piraeus, I will do Santorini on my own, a tour to do Lindos on our own and hire a taxi at Malta to take us to the sights we want to see.

  3. We want to do a cruise visiting Malta and one or two of the Greek Isles next year and we prefer to sail out of Barcelona. We have sailed with P&O, RCI and NCL and prefer RCI and NCL. We are 65 and 73. We love the big ships (just back from Symphony of the Seas) but have also enjoyed Serenade and Brilliance of the Seas. Looking at the reviews both of these ships are small, are quite old and have good and bad reviews.

Has anyone got any views on which one we should book as we like both of the itineries but have never sailed with Celebrity?
