Search/read some more - they are there. Plenty of free stuff, including loungers, available there.
Thanks everyone for the tips!

Hi all,
Travelling on Odyssey on November 13th with a port stop in Labadee. Haven't been there in probably 20 years or so. I recently went to Perfect Day and loved the fact that there was plenty of free things to do and that there were plenty of free lounge chairs, but it seems like everything at Labadee has an upcharge and can't find anything about free loungers.
Also, is there anything significantly different from the last time I was there? Really can't find too many discussions on Labadee.
Any help or advice is appreciated!

When we were on the Odyssey last November we were told they didn't have a Thermal Suite. Maybe it was a Covid thing. Is it available in your cruise planner?
No, but I actually just saw a walkthrough video of it and they mentioned the price there. $39 for a day pass, and per a specific blog's website $99 for an unlimited pass.
Appreciate the quick response!

Hi all, does anyone know the price to use the Thermal Suites on Odyssey of the Seas?
Thanks!

So, it sounds like this is a possibility. Can I book a cabin for myself and the wife under my user ID on the website and then she books another cabin for my in-laws under her user ID?
The only reason I'm asking is because when you book two cabins under one ID on the website, only the first cabin gets the discount. And yes, the discount is at least $200.

Hi all,
My wife and I are both Diamond C&A members. Is it possible to book two different cabins under each of our names/C&A numbers on the website to get the same price for both rooms using our Diamond discount (i.e. I’d book a room for myself and someone else and my wife would book one for herself and someone else, two totally separate reservations)?
We’re trying to get her parents to convert from Norwegian and were wondering if we can do that to keep prices down. And then once on the ship, switch names on the rooms.
Thanks for the help and would appreciate any feedback/suggestions!

I guess I am wondering if everyone bids minimum? Is there a suggested level to bid at? I know they have this meter there and I'm sure it is a gimmick to get you bid more. Just curious if bidding the minimum or slightly over works
I bid on May 3rd for our June 17th sailing on Freedom on a few categories. We originally booked an interior. Bid on Panoramic Suite, Ocean View Balcony, Spacious Ocean View, and Junior Suite. Bid all a few "notches" over the minimum (ie $50 minimum, I bid $75). On Monday we got the email our bid on the balcony was accepted!

How has bookings been on your cruise? We are leaving on the Liberty OTS on Sunday but its completely sold out. I am guessing any upgrades will come from last minute cancellations.
I'm assuming that too. Our sailing recently sold out (on Saturday maybe?). So I'm assuming either we're not sailing at full capacity or people cancelled. Either way I'm happy lol

Anyone on Freedom on 6/17 get notified yet? Put the bid on May 3rd and haven't heard anything yet.
Just got the email! Upgraded from an Interior to a Ocean View Balcony for $100 pp!

Might want to also ask this of cruisers on your sailing (via the Roll Call thread or FB).
that was my next best bet lol. No roll call on the boards though. May need to ask on FB....

Hey everyone,
I have a bunch of RCL gift certificates that I'm looking to use to potentially book a cruise. Question is, would I have to call C&A and book through them directly OR book online and then call Royal and have them adjust with the certificates?
We typically don't use a TA, but if it helps we might be willing to use them.
Thanks for the help!

Following! Sailing on 10/20!

Yes, ours was thru RCL. Yes, they bring you by one of the assigned Resorts and there are places to eat & drink.
Any idea what the assigned resorts are?
-
RCI's "discounts" are bogus haha. I've looked through them a few times and sometimes RCCL's prices are better.
Good to know someone else is not happy with that :p

On her currently, there is some normal wear and tear. Nothing out of be ordinary. Crew is happy.

I don’t like Tropicante at all
Maybe the place is for people who are looking to “ relax” at the beach with no music and not much to do there. Is not that you are going to find music in every spot but I mean the place is not even that good at all. Internet is super slow and unreliable, chairs are old, ugly, not harmony at all, 20% of chairs one style 50% different style etc. The employees are just ok nothing special at all. They hold your spot at the beach if you email them, you have like 1 hr or loose the spot. Honestly, you won’t loose your spot, the place was completely empty from 9am to 12pm, it gets a little bit busy from 12pm-2pm but that’s is. There are way better spots in that beach but most people don’t explore it and go directly to Tropicante like I did once.

The chairs not matching won't bother us, as long as they're clean and slow wi-fi isn't an issue. We're not there to sit on our phones :)

Thanks for all of the suggestions so far!
We enjoyed the Maya Chan all-inclusive beach club a few months ago.Was this an excursion via the ship?

Hi all,
Going on Indy on Saturday and need suggestions for Costa Maya. DW and I had the Chacchoben Mayan Ruins tour booked, and because of the awful tragedy last month, today RCI cancelled all tours going there. So instead we decided to book Chichen Itza when we're docked in Cozumel.
I read a few reviews on the Port boards but I feel like I can't match up the broad descriptions of excursions with Royal's own.
Has anyone ever done any of the following in Costa Maya:
Costa Maya Beach Break - CM05
All Inclusive Beach Getaway at Uvero - CMD8
Jungle Beach Break and Party Bus - CME6
ATV Jungle and Beach Adventure - CM92
Off-Road Jeep Journey to Pleasure Beach - CM77
What's worth the money? Has anyone had a bad experience on any of them?
Any other suggestions?
Thanks for the help as always!

I’d keep your current stateroom. I love the convenience of the hump staterooms, and since it’s just you and your wife the size difference won’t make a big deal. And according to the RCI website, the balconies on the deluxe are slightly larger than the superior.
Are you center hump or at one of the ends?

Yup, we are dead center in the center hump on the port side. I read that too about the difference in sizes.

Hi everyone!
First time I'm posting in a while, need advice or suggestions.
My wife and I booked January 13 to January 18th, 2018 on Independence in a Deluxe Oceanview hump stateroom on Deck 6. Is it worth the upgrade to a Superior Oceanview?

Hey everyone!
Where can I find really old itineraries for the first cruises I went on - specifically the late 1990's and early 2000's? I was able to find the embarkation and disembarkation dates and itinerary descriptions on my profile, but I was looking for the exact days of the ports we were in. Exact cruises I'm looking for are in my signature. I used to have a profile on cruise-ships.com, but that website is no longer available and the Shipmate app has all of the other information I'm looking for.
Any help is appreciated!
