  1. Hello everyone! First post here so sorry if it is incorrect/in a wrong thread or anything. I will be onboard on August 17-22 for a cruise on Majesty with Royal Caribbean. If anyone has gone on this cruise, I'd love to hear what you did at each port! My mind is very open right now and I'm trying to figure out what my family and I will be doing at each destination :)

However, I do have a few specific questions:

    1. On the itinerary, the ship says it will be in Nassau from 8am-11:59 pm. I was curious to know if any other itineraries said that for this specific cruise- I don't think it is an error since this is the itinerary I've found on all websites, including the official RC one. But realistically, will I actually be in Nassau for that long? The whole entire day? If anyone knows, please help clarify this.

    2. I am interested in going to the British Colonial Hilton and hanging out there for the day. I know day passes are $65 if you purchase them at the desk, and there is a $40 voucher for food and drinks. However, I am curious if anyone knows of the rates/prices for purchasing a day room instead of a day pass. I've tried emailing them and sending them a message through their website, but I haven't heard back at all so I don't know how else to contact them besides calling, which I don't really want to do since it is international. Maybe the email I wrote to them was wrong?

    3. So many questions, I'm sorry. But ok, in Nassau, I was thinking about going on a self walking tour of the city, going to downtown/Straw Market, and then going back and relaxing at Hilton. Of course, other activities would depend on how much time I actually have in Nassau (which I am unsure of right now), but does this sound like I have enough things to do, or should I venture out and go to Cable Beach and check out Sheraton or something requiring transportation instead? I'd prefer to stay close to the port and not go anywhere too far, but I'm still open to hear your opinions because I do want to have a good time! I, myself, am 19, but will be traveling with my sister who's 22, and parents who are in their 60s, and they want to do something more low key.

Such a lengthy thread- I apologize! Also, does anyone know if I ask for water at restaurants in the Bahamas, if they are given to us in bottles or in a cup? I'd prefer bottled water just because I am not sure how safe it is to drink tap water there. Thank you to everyone in advance :):):):) Especially if you made it this far!
