We booked with Cozumel Cruise Excursions . Net. We rented a jeep but because there was only 3 of us, our tour guide drove the vehicle (which in the end, I was glad because being with her we were able to get a lot of information as we went along). She took us all around and over to the "Wild Side". She would stop along places of interest and any time we wanted her to. We ended up at Punta Sur, which is an ecological park with beaches, lagoons, a light house you can go up in, Scenic Tower around the alligator swamp and lunch. There was a lot to the trip and we had a good time. We enjoyed it so much we booked again with them the next time we were in port. (Plus driving around like that gave us the opportunity to learn the island for our land vacation we ended up doing there after that...good times).

If you want to check out my blog for our day using them, you can find it HERE

  2. Yes, you can take them aboard. Your choice, but I prefer putting in roll aboard to avoid damage.

Water on ship is great by the way.

Yes, you can buy stuff and carry on in Bermuda, or any other port.

Last two cruises, we actually emptied the fridge on our own and put in cabinet.

    thanks for your infos

6 days to go getting stresse a bit :)

  3. After golf, we checked out some of the shops, had a snow cone and got Alex a new pair of sunglasses. I think it's become a vacation tradition now! And then we went to board the ship one last time before getting ready to set sail...

The crew were singing as we walked back on board....we got the red carpet treatment for sure! Actually, there really was a red carpet...I just don't have a picture of it!

And so it was time to leave Bermuda...I wasn't sure about how we'd like it there when we planned this trip, but now that we had visited, it's an island that I know for sure I want to return to!

  5. You can buy it when you want, but I doubt you can get it when you have dinner, as it's usually for sale from bars. It takes a while whilst they fill out slips so you wouldn't want to be messing around like that at dinner.

I always wait until after we have sailed to avoid any tax that may be charged when in port (except for those itineraries where tax is charged all the time).

    Thanks.
