    I see my car!!! Bottom left corner next to the white jeep. Surprisingly we had my car out within minutes. Can't say the same for the cars in the row behind us. Those cars were buried in on all 4 sides. Highways weren't all that bad either.

    Did the port staff help dig out your car? Did you pack a shovel in your car? Wonder if they plowed the parking lot after your cruise passengers left and before letting new cruisers in to park?

    Snowstorm Jonas Update

    1:00 p.m. E.S.T

     

    Royal Caribbean International is closely monitoring Snowstorm Jonas, which is expected to impact the East Coast this weekend. Based on the most recent weather forecast, Royal Caribbean will modify the following upcoming sailings:

     

    Grandeur of the Seas will return to Baltimore, Maryland, one day later than originally scheduled. The next sailing will now begin on Monday, January 25. Guests on the upcoming cruise should arrive to the terminal on Monday. A letter with additional details on Grandeur’s itinerary will be provided at check in.

    #21 - No more autographs done by characters through guest services. You can get them signed if you get into the character meets. New Liquor rules.. 2 bottles of wine per person .. No hard alcohol and no little bottles. I think you can bring one six pack of beer but check DCL website.

    We are planning our first Disney cruise ever. There will be four generations going, so I am very excited. There will be a few taking their very first cruise ever.

     

    I would really like some information on the Disney Wonder or Dream, if anyone can help me I would appreciate it. Any thing you could tell me would be great.

    The Disney ships are amazing .. The dinner and brunch at Palos is awesome but only for adults 18 and older. The kids clubs are great for the little ones. Tons of activities and bring your autograph books or an item as the characters are onboard with many opportunities to get signatures. Castaway cay has the greatest cabanas with shade for older adults and stocked. You need to made reservations online. If you go concierge level, they can help you otherwise pay your cruise off early to be able to book these events as soon as it opens for you. There's fireworks and a pirate party on the Caribbean cruises. There is FE groups that you can sign up for and its works like secret Santa with a stocking outside your cabin door. The shows are fabulous and we love the rotation between all the dining rooms. The wonder is the smaller ship and the Dream has more features like magic portholes on inside cabins. If you can, go for a 7 day cruise over a short 3-4 day cruise. You will love it! We went this past February without any kids... We had met tons of people ahead of time and were at a table for 10 of all adults 40+ yrs old. Tons of families and magic!

    No problem with the noise. It's a great room .. No problems. I watched us go out past Virginia beach light house. Loved the room. We rebooked it for feb 2016 on 10 day eastern cruise. Yudi was our cabin steward and he was fabulous! Have fun. No smoke either. No traffic. We thought it was perfect.

    Disney Magic 7 night western Caribbean navigator for itinerary A (key west)

    Does anyone have a navigator for itinerary A? What are the specials in the spa? Any excursion advice? I'm taking the 2/1/2015 cruise and I can't find any navigators for the itinerary A (key west, Cozumel, grand cayman, and castaway cay) out of port canaveral ... Thanks

    You place the DCL luggage tags on your bags at your resort. The bags will be placed INSIDE your resort room with the tags' date=' and the bell services will pick them up at about 8 am. They go on a truck (not on the bus with you). You do not need to be in your resort room when they are picked up, just be sure that you have placed all the bags together near the door. Put any carry ons separately--like on the bed across the room. I usually put a note on my luggage saying something like "4 bags for transfer to Disney Magic."

     

     

     

    Your family will need to be at the designated meeting place (usually an area near the lobby of the resort) at the time specified in the letter which is delivered to your room the day before departure. If you have only an overnight resort stay,you'll get this letter at check in. The exact departure time will be on the letter, but is typically around noon (11:30-12:30). You are asked to be at the meeting place 15 minutes before the scheduled departure so that when the bus pulls up, everyone is already checked in and simply boards.

     

     

     

    A bus may go to up to 3 resorts depending on how many guests from each resort are booked with transfers. After picking up at the resorts, the bus heads to the port. There, you get off the bus, claim any carry on bags that went under the bus, and walk into the security line....check in, and board the ship. There is very little or no waiting when the WDW bus traffic arrives as the "early birds" are already on the ship.

    Can someone explain FE to me? What is expected? Where would I sign up? How does it work? Where do I find if my cruise is participating in this? I'm on the Magic Feb 1 2015 cruise.
