They are to go into the user's cabin.

Sargasso said that SOLAS and cruise line policy is that they must not be stored in the cabin. Therefore the question.

This is exactly how misinformation is spread on CC.

A legitimate question, followed by some informative answers as well as the usual "I'm better than you & what is wrong with you" replies. Just keep your stoopid "what is wrong with you" replies to yourself. What is wrong with some people? Oh, right, it's CruiseCritic!

Thank you for your informative and non-judgemental  answer to OPs legitimate question. Oh, right, it's CruiseCritic!

The term "Wet Dock" is used by Princess. When you searched the bridge cams from the Caribbean Princess the caption was Wet Docked in Freeport. It's isn't just a CC term. To common cruise passengers wet dock is simple to understand.

If you saw it on the internet it must be true.... or maybe a website manager that saw it on CC

  4. Yes, it might be called "smart casual" but I call it casual & as long as they allow me to wear jeans & a polo, that's what I'll doing.

If people are celebrating something special they'll be to interested in their own affairs to concern themselves on what I'll be wearing. If dressing up would please them more they would be better off sticking to the main dining room where most people do follow the Princess dress standards.

btw- on formal nights I rarely go to the Specialty restaurants since the meals in the DR are a notch above the normal & I wouldn't want to miss them - dressed "smart casual".

    Except you, you are special.
